What’s happening?
Customers are requesting information on how to enable the feature "Hassle-free use of finance and operations data on Dataverse."
 

Reason:
The feature is available as General Availability (GA) and does not require any installation.
 

Resolution:

  1. Log in to the environment.
  2. Navigate to System Admin Setup.
  3. Locate the menu item that shows all the Data Entities in the environment.
  4. Filter on the System Name to find entities that contain "bientity."
  5. Review the Validation Passed column for each entity. Entities with a "Yes" can be enabled, while those with a "No" cannot be enabled due to validation issues.
  6. For entities that do not pass validation, such as Sales Invoice Header and Sales Invoice Lines, refer to the public documentation on row version change tracking validation rules for further details: Row Version Change Tracking Documentation.
