Reason:
The situation has been caused by a data discrepancy, specifically an orphan inventory transaction related to a transfer order line.


Resolution:

  1. Remove (delete) the orphan transaction related to the given item and transfer order.
  2. Run a consistency check to correct the on-hand information for the given item.
