What’s happening?
After a work has been canceled, the inventory becomes reserved at the user location, preventing the customer from moving it to the actual bin location.

Reason:
This arises due to the cancellation of work through cleanups, which leads to some items being reserved that cannot be removed from the user location. Despite performing a consistency check on the inventory, the reservations persist.

Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be taken: 1. Navigate to the management setup and personalize the worker form to add the "Allow adjusting inventory on User location" option for the worker handling the inventory. 2. Enable this option for the worker who will manage the inventory movement. 3. Have the worker log into the mobile device to complete the inventory movement from the user location to the desired location. 4. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, attempt to cancel the work again to remove the reservations for the affected items. It may be necessary to perform the cancel work functionality twice to ensure all reservations are cleared.
If the issue persists after following these steps, further investigation may be required to identify any underlying problems.
