What’s happening?
The customer is unable to pick a sales order based on the Load ID using the "User directed" option, as this functionality is currently only available for System grouping.
Reason:
This is related to the standard menu item setup configuration, which does not allow the "User directed" functionality when the System Grouping Field is selected as Load ID.
Resolution:
- The current system design logic restricts the option for User-Directed functionality when the System Grouping Field is used as a reference.
- If the user wishes to retain the System Grouping Field as 'loadid' while selecting the "User directed" option, put the request on Ideas Portal with proper business use case.
