What’s happening?
The system locks work against a user ID when a user exits a work session, preventing another user from accessing the same work ID.
Reason:
The current system design does not allow for the ending of user sessions on mobile devices, leading to work being locked when a user exits without properly signing out.
Resolution:
- In the system, navigate to Warehouse Management.
- Go to Inquiries and Reports.
- Select Mobile Device Logs.
- Access Work User Sessions.
- Choose End Session to unblock the work for other users.
- It is recommended that the worker processing the work should complete or sign out of the work to prevent blocking other users.
