What’s happening?
The system locks work against a user ID when a user exits a work session, preventing another user from accessing the same work ID.
 

Reason:
The current system design does not allow for the ending of user sessions on mobile devices, leading to work being locked when a user exits without properly signing out.
 

Resolution:

  1. In the system, navigate to Warehouse Management.
  2. Go to Inquiries and Reports.
  3. Select Mobile Device Logs.
  4. Access Work User Sessions.
  5. Choose End Session to unblock the work for other users.
  6. It is recommended that the worker processing the work should complete or sign out of the work to prevent blocking other users.
Currently, there is no function to control work user sessions on mobile devices.
