Customers are unable utilize Demand Planning features due to insufficient Supply Chain Premium licenses.
Reason:
The underlying cause is the lack of required Supply Chain Premium licenses, which are necessary for utilizing Demand Planning functionalities.
Resolution:
- For customers facing issues with utilizing Demand Planning functionalities due to a minimum license requirement, verify the number of licenses currently purchased and ensure that at least 20 licenses are available.
