What’s happening?
Sales orders need to include rebate prices along with discount rates on the sales invoice.
Reason:
The current system behavior only allows for the display of discount and multiline discount rates on the sales invoice. The feature to include rebate rates in the sales order invoice is not available and is considered system intended behavior.
Resolution:
- It has been confirmed that there is currently nothing in the pipeline to show rebate rates on the sales order invoice.
- Customers are advised to submit their feature requests to the "Microsoft Ideas Portal" for potential inclusion in future releases. The product team considers such requests based on the number of votes and the business impact.
- For the time being, the ticket will be soft archived as per customer confirmation. Customers can reach out for further assistance if needed.
