What’s happening?
When attempting to delete a prospect relationship type, the value reappears after refreshing the form. This issue can occur even in environments where there are no existing prospect records associated with the relationship type.
 

Reason:
The inability to delete the prospect relationship type is due to it being a system setup associated with Business to Business (B2B) configurations. The B2B relationship type is utilized in conjunction with specific system functionalities.
 

Resolution:

  • It is not possible to delete the existing B2B prospect relationship type.
  • If a new relationship type is created, it can be deleted if needed.
