What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues where menu items do not function correctly in the user interface, resulting in forms not loading. Additionally, user sessions are getting disconnected intermittently.
Reason:
- An unexpected client error has occurred, which may be linked to specific browser compatibility issues, particularly with Microsoft Edge.
- The issue with user sessions appears to occur intermittently in the production environment without any recent changes or hotfixes applied.
Resolution:
- For menu item issues:
- Clear the cache and cookies in the browser.
- Try accessing the environment using a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome).
- Test the application on a different device to rule out device-specific issues.
- Open the system in a private or incognito window to see if the issue persists.
- For user session disconnections:
- Users experiencing disconnections should switch from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome, as the issue has been resolved in Chrome.
- If the problem continues, further investigation may be required, and it is recommended to raise a new issue with the technical team for browser-specific concerns.
