What’s happening?
Users are unable to create new purchase requisitions as the option to do so is grayed out.


Reason:
This may be caused by the user being associated with a worker who is no longer present in the system.


Resolution:

  1. Delete the current associations from the "Maintain versions" section.
  2. Assign the user to the correct record with the appropriate Party ID that is still active in the system.
  3. After making these changes, check if the "New" button is enabled in the purchase requisition list page.
