What’s happening?
The system currently requires warehouse workers to pick and put each work order line individually. It doesn't seem possible to pick all lines first and then put all lines to the same location when creating a replenishment work for multiple different items with the same PUT location.
Reason:
The current system design limits the ability to pick multiple lines and put them to the same location simultaneously. While the system allows for the creation of replenishment work where multiple different items can be put into the same location, it requires that each work order line be handled individually.
Resolution:
- The warehouse mobile device setting “Group pick” enables multiple work lines that have the same item and location to be combined into a single pick. However, this feature does not apply to scenarios where the items are different, even if the locations are the same.
