What’s happening?
Customer is unable to see the project list when creating a support ticket in the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
Reason:
This may be related to the migration process from Lifecycle Services (LCS) to PPAC, particularly affecting LCS-redirected non-admin users. It has been identified that users may have multiple profiles in LCS belonging to different organizations, which can lead to an empty project list being returned.
Resolution:
- Remove the affected user from the project and re-add them using the AAD-connected organization account.
- Ensure that the user has the necessary roles/permissions to view the project list. This may include roles such as "Get Help + Support in Power Platform."
- If the issue persists, test the functionality in an Incognito/InPrivate browser or on a different device to rule out browser-related issues.
