What’s happening?
The exception button on the GIT receive menu of the warehouse mobile app does not display exception types, leading to confusion for users during the receiving process.
Reason:
This is identified as a limitation within the application.
Resolution:
- As a workaround, users should select the quantity first and then click the Exception button to see the form pop up with the exception types.
