What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing errors when attempting to load notes using the "formula version document attachments" entity. The errors include issues related to document ID and batch import failures.


Reason:
The underlying cause of this appears to be related to the document ID being the same when left blank, as well as potential misconfiguration of the entity being used for the import process.


Resolution:

  • When encountering the error "DocumentID cannot be used with Autogenerated," ensure that the document ID is correctly specified and not left blank.
  • If the error "matching ##M versions are not found" occurs during batch import, verify that the correct entity is being used for the import process.
  • As a suggested solution, try importing the note attachment for the formula using the specified entity to avoid deadlock issues.
