What’s happening?
Multiple workers are able to log into the warehouse management app simultaneously, which was not allowed in previous versions. This has resulted in an error message stating, "there is a process running triggered by this worker. Please wait a little and try to login again or contact your supervisor to stop the process associated with this worker."
Reason:
The recent version of the warehouse management app allows multiple worker logins, which has indirectly caused the error when a worker attempts to log in while another process is still running.
Resolution:
- Ensure that workers are not logging into multiple devices while a transaction is still in progress.
- If the error occurs, advise the worker to wait a moment and try logging in again.
- If the issue persists, contact a supervisor to stop the process associated with the worker's previous login.
