What’s happening?
The InventJournalTrans report is printing duplicate lines.
Reason:
This is caused by the extension DXC_BOMJOURNALVIEW, which may lead to duplicate records in the report.
Resolution:
- Suggest the customer check the customization codes related to the extension DXC_BOMJOURNALVIEW.
- Instruct the customer to run a SQL statement on their development environment to identify duplicate records. They should try removing tables one by one from the join to find the root cause.
- Advise the customer to take a trace when printing the report and check the SQL parameters included in the trace.
