What’s happening?
The system is releasing only a partial quantity of a product for a sales order, despite all items being reserved and in stock.
Reason:
During the examination of warehouse transactions, it was noted that at the moment of reserving quantities, the available on-hand stock was insufficient. Consequently, the system automatically reserved a partial quantity based on what was available at that time.
Resolution:
- Review the warehouse transactions to confirm the available on-hand stock at the time of reservation.
- Ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet the full quantity requested in the sales order.
