Vendors are experiencing difficulties logging into the F&O (Vendor Collaboration) system after registering through the vendor registration portal. Specific error messages may include exceptions related to email not being found during the workflow processing.


Reason:
The underlying cause of the login issues may relate to workflow processing errors during the vendor onboarding process, particularly when inviting users for vendor onboarding.


Resolution:

  1. Verify if the vendor registration was completed successfully and that the vendor's email address is correctly entered in the system.
  2. Check the workflow settings to ensure that the email notifications are configured properly and that the email ID associated with the vendor is valid and exists in the system.
  3. If the issue persists, confirm whether the problem can be replicated in a standard environment without any customizations.
  4. Gather information on the frequency of the error and the number of transactions impacted during a specific period.
  5. Determine if the issue is observed only in the production environment or also in the test environment.
  6. Confirm the application version and CU/PU version details of the environment where the issue is occurring.
  7. If necessary, engage with the technical support team to further investigate the workflow processing and resolve any identified issues.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, further investigation may be required, and the case may need to be escalated for additional support.
