What’s happening?
The customer is unable to modify the unit price of an item due to a system prompt indicating that the automatic order creation has been canceled, which prevents any price modifications.
Reason:
This arises when a specific price group is set on a sales order header, which causes the system to ignore trade agreements set for the item, even if a minimum price is specified in the sales trade agreement.
Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be taken:
- Remove the specified price group from the trade agreement to allow the sales order to select the minimum price.
- Ensure that the sales order is not linked to a canceled automatic order creation process.
