Customers need to know the average cost of a product even when the inventory reaches zero.
Reason:
The system is designed not to show the previous price of the item when the quantity becomes zero. This is the intended behavior of the system.
Resolution:
- It has been confirmed that there is no option available to retrieve the previous price of the item once the inventory reaches zero.
- Customers are advised to submit their requirements through Microsoft Ideas for potential future consideration.
