What’s happening?
Generic project team member not deleted after booking a named resource from the schedule board/assistant.
 

Reason:
This is due to time zone differences between the project and resource calendars. A generic resource needs to be fully booked by only one single resource. If it is distributed between multiple resources, the generic resource is not deleted.
 

Resolution:

  1. Ensure that the project calendar and resource calendars are aligned to the same time zone.
  2. Verify that the generic resource is fully booked by a single resource rather than being split among multiple resources.
