What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the selected skill in the Project Operations schedule board displays all rating options instead of only the relevant ones associated with that skill.
Reason:
The current design functionality does not establish a relationship between resource characteristics (skills) and rating models. As a result, any rating value from the rating models can be associated with resource skill/characteristic assignments, leading to all rating values being displayed regardless of their relevance to the selected skill.
Resolution:
It is suggested to prefix the rating values to help differentiate them, for example, using formats like "Language Skill - Good" or "Language Skill - Proficient."
