What’s happening?
The customer is unable to submit an E-invoice due to the issuance date and time value of the document being too old. The specific error message indicates that the Invoice.IssueDate and Invoice.IssueTime values are not acceptable for submission.


Reason:
This has been identified as a known problem related to the handling of issuance date and time values in the E-invoicing system. The underlying cause is that the current implementation does not allow for submission of invoices with issuance dates and times that are considered too old.


Resolution:
This has been fixed in the following format versions:

  • Sales Invoice (MY): 42
  • Invoice (MY): 37
  • Project Invoice (MY): 22
Customers are advised to update to the fixed version to resolve the submission issue.
