What’s happening?
There is a discrepancy in the project duration displayed in the application. The duration on the tracking tab Effort tracking option) is displayed incorrectly when the system is configured for 7.5 working hours per day.

This appears to be related to the different times associated with the project dates, which may be affecting the calculation of the project duration. Furthermore, the system's configuration for working hours may not align with the expected duration calculations.

Resolution:
It was clarified that the CDS duration field is always set to 8 hours per day, and this setting only affects the PSS task duration field. Users may need to manually convert the duration if they require it in a different format.
It is recommended to create a custom column in the system to multiply the default duration column by the configured hours per day value to obtain the correct duration representation.
