What’s happening?
The project sales estimates are incorrect for nonbillable tasks. If a task is linked to a contract line as nonbillable, a sales estimate is still created. Additionally, when a task is linked to a contract line that does not include time, a sales estimate is still generated.

Reason:
The billing type for estimates is defaulted based on a hierarchy that includes chargeable tasks, roles, and categories. If a task is marked as nonchargeable, it should not generate a sales estimate. However, the system currently does not update the billing type on estimate lines when related quote or contract lines are updated, leading to incorrect sales estimates.

Resolution:
Perform the "Recalculate" action on the underlying quote or contract. This will ensure that the line details reflect the proper billing type.
