What’s happening?
The integration of resource certifications between Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) is not functioning correctly.
Reason:
The Worker ID field was not mapped to a field in F&O, which prevented data generation.
Resolution:
After mapping the Resource ID field to the Worker ID field, this was resolved.
