Reason:
This appears to be related to the duration specified for the resource being added, particularly when the start and end dates span a long period.
Resolution:
- Deactivate any background processes such as business rules, javascript, or plugins associated with the project team form.
- Test adding the project team member again after deactivating the background processes.
- Ensure that the project team member is added for a duration that does not exceed one year to avoid timeouts.
