What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties with limiting access to Copilot for specific users or security groups.
Reason:
The inability to limit access to Copilot is due to the control being managed at the tenant or environment level rather than per user.
Resolution:
To limit access to Copilot, it is possible to enable or disable the feature at the tenant/org level. Detailed instructions can be found in the Microsoft documentation: Enable or Disable the Copilot for Project Feature.
