What’s happening?
Customers are unable to open another user's expenses as a delegate within the Expense Management workspace after upgrading to version 10.0.40.
Reason:
The feature to view another user's expenses as a delegate appears to have been removed in version 10.0.40. The customers have disabled the re-imagined Expense Reports feature due to its inability to support saved views, which is available in the legacy workspace.
Resolution:
- Enable the Expense Reports re-imagined feature in Feature management workspace.
- If the feature needs to be disabled, navigate to "Expense Management > My Expenses > Expenses Delegated to Me" to view other users' expenses.
