What’s happening?
The Business Central Admin Center does not list any of the Production or Sandbox environments.
Reason:
This is caused by the delegated admin access. When a user logged into the system is a delegated admin, they may not be able to see the environment details.
Resolution:
- Request that an internal global admin logs in to the Business Central Admin Center. They will be able to see all the environment details.
- If this persists, ensure that there are no Conditional Access policies set up that could be affecting access.
- Confirm that all GDAP and licensed accounts are using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for access.
- If necessary, create a repair item for the issue related to delegated admin access.
