What’s happening?
Customers are unable to set up a Customer Price list with a blank Product No. for Product Type = Item, which previously allowed discounts to apply to all items purchased by a customer. Instead, they receive an error message stating that "Product No. must have a value" and that it cannot be zero or empty.

Reason:
The underlying cause appears to be a code change that now requires a value for Product No. when Product Type is set to Item. This change was implemented to prevent a common mistake where an item number is not specified in the price list line with no price, which would set every sales line to $0.00.

Resolution:
Moving forward, customers will need to specify the items individually for the discount, as there is no longer an option available to apply the discount to all items at once without entering each item manually. A hotfix is being considered to address this limitation, but the exact timing of the release is not yet known.
