What’s happening?
Experiencing an issue with the integration of freight fees from CRM to Business Central. Specifically, the freight fee does not transfer when the bidirectional sales order option is enabled, while it transfers correctly when the legacy sales orders option is enabled.
 

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the integration configurations, which do not support the transfer of freight fees when using the bidirectional sales order option.
 

Resolution:

  • It is recommended to consider custom development to enable the transfer of the freight fee from CRM to Business Central.
  • The support team will run tests and reproduce the scenario to explore alternative solutions.
  • The customer is advised to provide additional information or attach relevant videos to assist in resolving the issue.
  • The idea for including the freight fee transfer feature in future releases has been escalated for consideration.
