What’s happening?
The Movement Worksheet is missing item quantities and is not populating the lot number information for added lines during Directed Put Away operations.
 
Reason:
This may arise due to several factors, including: - The item must be assigned an item tracking code where the Item Tracking, Lot Tracking, or Package Tracking fields are selected. - The According to FEFO toggle on the location must be turned on. - The Mandatory toggles for Pick must be turned on. - The item must be posted to inventory with an expiration date.
 
Resolution:
To resolve this, ensure the following criteria are met: 1. Verify that the item is assigned an appropriate item tracking code. 2. Check that the According to FEFO toggle is enabled for the location. 3. Ensure that the Mandatory toggle for Pick is activated. 4. Confirm that the item is posted to inventory with an expiration date.
If the issue persists, consider removing any non-Microsoft extensions and testing the functionality in a sandbox environment without extensions to identify if an extension is causing the problem. If further assistance is needed, please reach out to support.
