What’s happening?
The bank import template, which has been functioning correctly for over a year, is now failing to recognize amounts accurately, particularly for values like 1.00.


Reason:
This was caused by double quotes ("") at the end of the description in specific lines of the import file.


Resolution:

  1. Remove the double quotes ("") at the end of the description on the affected lines (specifically lines 135, 223, and 294) in the import file.
  2. After making the changes, attempt to import the file again to verify if the issue is resolved.
