What’s happening?
The database has exceeded capacity due to the accumulation of entries in the Error Message 7000 table, which has resulted in significant data storage issues.

Reason:
The entries in the Error Message 7000 table have accumulated primarily due to errors generated from the Job Queue Log entries and job queue entries. The lack of a retention policy for the Error Message table has contributed to the excessive data storage.

Resolution:

  1. Delete all error logs from the Job Queue Log entries and job queue entries pages.
  2. Remove any job queue entries with the status "Error" from the job queue entries page.
  3. Compare the jobs in the Error Message 7000 table to those present in the job queue entries page to identify which entries can be deleted.
    1. NOTE: If performing these steps in a production environment, ensure that the errors or jobs are not needed and discuss the steps internally before proceeding.
  4. Consider setting up a retention policy for the Job Queue Log entries (table 474) to manage data accumulation in the future.
