What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties accessing the CDX environment, receiving error messages during login attempts.


Reason:
This appears to be related to the CDX environment requiring the URL to be added to the list of allowed sites in the browser settings. Additionally, users may encounter an "Unauthorized" message after logging in.


Resolution:

  • Instruct the user to add the CDX URL to their browser's list of allowed sites.
  • Clear the browser cache.
  • Attempt to log in to the CDX environment again after making the above changes.
  • If the issue persists, advise the user to create a ticket with the CDX support team for further assistance.
