What’s happening?
The customer encountered an error while attempting to deploy or import a solution to the Production Environment, receiving the message "The connections could not be loaded. Please try again later." This issue arose during the deployment process, which indicated that four connections needed to be updated.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this was related to custom connectors present in the solution that were not properly configured or updated during the deployment process.

Resolution:
The customer successfully created a solution with just two custom connectors and was able to deploy that successfully to the Production Environment. After resolving the custom connector issues, the customer was able to deploy the original solution without further errors.
