What’s happening?
Several service accounts have been flagged for risky sign-ins with 'Unfamiliar sign-in properties' alerts while utilizing the Dataverse service.
Reason:
The flagged accounts were using a source IP address owned by Microsoft, which led to the alerts being triggered.
Resolution:
- Advise the customer to contact the appropriate security team to address the security warnings and to inquire about whitelisting the activity as it is authorized.
