What’s happening?
Certain sub-grids on initial load do not load any records. Only once the user refreshes the grid do the records load.
Reason:
The control being used for the sub-grid is deprecated, which may contribute to this of data not loading on the initial attempt.
Resolution:
- Reduce the number of columns added in the view to help resolve this.
- Test further to confirm whether this mitigation is effective.
- Explore alternative controls that can provide similar functionality and behavior.
- If the issue persists, consider using the new Power Apps grid control, which is intended to replace older grid controls.
