What’s happening?
The screen displayed in a Model-Driven App is shrunk to half the resolution until an action is taken on that view. This issue affects the visibility of text and layout in the application.
 

Reason:
This appears to be related to the use of the old UI in the Model-Driven App. It has been noted that the problem does not replicate in other organizations using the new look. The presence of a Power Apps read-only control in the view may also contribute to the issue.
 

Resolution:

  1. Remove Power Apps Read-Only Control:
  2. Navigate to Application > Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the system.
  3. Select the entity (e.g., prospect).
  4. Go to View > Custom Controls and remove the Power Apps read-only control if it is present.
  5. Ensure that only a default subgrid is available on the entity level.
  6. Test Changes:
  7. After making the changes, refresh the view to check if the display issue is resolved.
  8. If the issue persists, consider enabling the Power Apps grid control for the affected views.
  9. Verify in Different Environments:
  10. Test the changes in the development and UAT environments to confirm that the issue is resolved before moving to production.
