What’s happening?
When attempting to rename the only business unit in the system, users encounter an error message stating, "Creating this parental association would create a loop in business hierarchy."
Reason:
The error occurs due to a bug in the admin center that prevents the renaming of business units, leading to a cycle in the business hierarchy.
Resolution:
To resolve this, users should follow these steps: 1. Access the Maker Portal. 2. Navigate to the Tables section. 3. Select the Business Unit entity. 4. Rename the Business Unit by accessing the desired column under ‘Business Unit columns and data.’
This workaround allows users to rename the business unit without encountering the error.
