Customizing Address Formats in Business Central

Customers are seeking guidance on how to set up custom address formats

Resolution:
Custom Local Address Format:

1. Navigate to the Countries/Regions page.
2. Change the Address Format to “Custom.”
3. Click on “Custom Address Format.”
4. Remove the Field No 6 from the format to ensure it does not display next to the Post Code.
5. When the Country/Region is blank, the system will still use the address format based on the Customer’s Country/Region Code.
