What’s happening?
Customers are seeking guidance on how to set up custom address formats
Resolution:
Custom Local Address Format:
- Navigate to the Countries/Regions page.
- Change the Address Format to “Custom.”
- Click on “Custom Address Format.”
- Remove the Field No 6 from the format to ensure it does not display next to the Post Code.
- When the Country/Region is blank, the system will still use the address format based on the Customer’s Country/Region Code.
