What’s happening?
The Blocked Boolean in the customer settings is not functioning as expected. When a customer is blocked for Invoice, the system is incorrectly preventing both Sales Order creation and Shipment posting. Additionally, when a customer is blocked for Shipment, it is also incorrectly disallowing Sales Order creation and Invoice posting.
By Design:
The underlying cause of this is that the system design dictates that when a customer is blocked for Invoice, it should not allow the creation of new orders, new shipments, and new invoices.
