Downgrading from Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises to earlier versions like NAV 2009 is not supported due to the transition upgrade policy.


More Information:

  1. It is crucial to use a license issued for the specific version being used. The structure of the license for on-premises remains the same, but there may be changes that could cause issues when using a Business Central license with the NAV 2009 Platform & Application.
  2. The customer should contact the APOC team for assistance regarding the license issue, as downgrading is not supported.
