What’s happening?
The customer is encountering a message stating "This page is no longer available" when attempting to access a specific feature related to sales pricing in the Dynamics 365 Business Central application.
Reason:
The page has been marked as obsolete and replaced by a new implementation of price calculation. The new pricing feature may not have been enabled in the customer's environment.
More Information:
- Confirm whether the "New Pricing" feature has been enabled in the customer's environment.
- If the customer is creating a Sales Order, verify if they are receiving prices from the price list.
- Direct the customer to the new pages: "Sales Price List" and "Sales Price Lists" for updated information.
- Inform the customer that the "Get Sales Prices" functionality is not available in the search and that the new pricing feature will be automatically enabled from version 26.0, but this has been postponed for BC 28.0.
