Charts and Graphs in Power Platform Admin Center Showing GUIDs Rather Than Names

What’s happening?
Charts and graphs in the Power Platform Admin Center are displaying GUIDs of contacts instead of their corresponding names.
 

Reason:
This is likely related to the security role assigned to the user viewing the analytics. The Global Administrator role does not provide access to the System Users table, which is necessary to display names alongside GUIDs.
 

Resolution:

1. Verify the security role assigned to the user attempting to view the reports. Ensure that the user has been assigned one of the following roles:
   1. Environment Admin
   2. Power Platform Admin
   3. Dynamics 365 Admin
   4. Microsoft 365 Global Admin
2. If the user is only assigned the Global Administrator role, they will only see GUIDs. Assigning one of the above roles should allow the user to see names instead of GUIDs.
