What’s happening?
Customers are requesting a backup file that can be downloaded for offline use from the system, specifically when they are no longer using the service.
Reason:
The system does not support the downloading of database backups for offline use.
Resolution:
- Inform the customer that the system does not have a function to create a backup file for offline use.
- Advise the customer to perform a manual export of data as a workaround.
- Provide guidance on how to export data by referring to the official documentation: Export Data.
