What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing a data limit breach in the AsyncOperation table within their storage environment, leading to potential performance issues and the need for storage optimization.
 

Reason:
This is caused by certain job types occupying excessive space in the AsyncOperation table in File Storage.
 

Resolution:

  1. Run a targeted bulk delete operation on the job types that are occupying space in the AsyncOperation table to perform the necessary cleanup.
  2. Note that it may take 24-48 hours for the changes to be reflected in the Power Platform admin center.
  3. After performing the cleanup, monitor the AsyncOperation table to confirm that the size has been successfully reduced.
