Reason:
The migration process requires specific actions to be taken for moving environments from one region to another.
 

Resolution:

  1. To initiate a regional migration, the customer must create a support ticket with details such as the source and target region, along with environment-related details.
  2. It is important to note that the migration may experience higher downtime if performed immediately compared to scheduling it for a later time.
  3. If multiple environments need to be migrated, separate requests must be created for each environment, as processing multiple migrations in a single request is not supported.
