What’s happening?
The environment's storage capacity report is not updating, and it shows no data on the tables in the capacity summary.
 

Reason:
Environments in First Release do not have a supported capacity report, leading to gaps in the reporting functionality.
 

Resolution:

  • Confirm that the environment is in First Release state, as this may prevent the capacity report from updating.
  • If data has been recently deleted from the environment, note that changes may not be reflected in capacity reports immediately. It is advisable to wait at least 24-48 hours for the reduced storage consumption to show up in the reports.
